The Parish Council adopted the Accounts at the May meeting, and all the books and records then went off to Kevin Eke, the Internal Auditor. Mr Eke attended the June parish council meeting and gave his report, and the Parish Council then completed the next section of the Annual Return.
All the invoices and records are now open for public inspection – by arrangement with the Clerk, please. The period starts on I July 2015 and closes on 28 July 2015. You can see the formal notice below . Notice of Audit 2015
The Annual Return will be sent to the External Auditor to comply with the 3 July 2015 deadline.
The Annual General Meeting of the Jubilee Hall Management Committee will be held on Tuesday 26 May 2015 at 7pm in the hall.
All residents are welcome to attend – the hall needs your support if future improvements are to be made.

The Council year begins in May with the Annual Parish Council Meeting. Draft Minutes from meetings are below:
The Audit Process has now been formally completed and there were no comments or issues for the Parish Council to address.
The Council submitted the portfolio of evidence for re-accrediation under the Quality Scheme – it went to the County Accreditation Panel on 25 October 2012.
The Panel agreed that the evidence met all the tests for Quality Status, so Colby & Banningham is re-accredited until 2016!
