A place for all notes about official council meetings. Normally split into Agendas and Minutes
Just as a guide, Colby & Banningham Parish Council meets in the Jubilee Hall, Banningham on the 2nd Tuesday each month, except for August and December. Timing of meetings varies – Winter meetings (November to February inclusive) begin at 7.30p.m. and Summer meetings (April to October inclusive) begin at 8p.m. The one exception is the March meeting which immediately follows the Annual Parish Meeting. The Annual Parish Meeting starts at 7p.m.
All meetings are preceded by “Open House” – an opportunity to meet Parish, District & County Councillors and the Police representative informally over refreshments, usually 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.
