The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8 March 2016, at 7pm in the Jubilee Hall. This is YOUR chance to hear about the Council’s work during the past year, and to flag up issues you would like the Parish Council to work on in the coming year.
A highlight of the meeting this year will be Peter Evans, Chairman of Norfolk Homewatch, who will update us on the latest developments. We do have a couple of schemes running in the village and want to re-launch to take account of changes in property ownerships etc.
You can find the agenda and read the minutes of last year’s meeting in the “meetings” section of the website.
As usual, the meeting will be followed by a parish council meeting. The council still has 3 vacancies for councillors – if you’ve been thinking about it, come along and find out more. The parish also needs a new oil scheme co-ordinator – it’s not an onerous task as there is no bulk ordering involved with the AF Affinity scheme. Once people have registered, it’s their decision whether or not to use the scheme for their purchases.
